Configuring a project team and project calendar (workday and non-workday settings) can be time-consuming, especially when managing multiple projects simultaneously.

QuickPlan supports duplicating any existing project to create a new one. In QuickPlan, any project can serve as a template.

• Create a blank project and enter all required team properties. Using QuickPlan on a Mac allows for even more efficient plan creation.
• Treat this initial project as a template. On iOS, duplicate the template project to create a new one; On Mac, create a new project file by copying the template file.
• If the new project inherits specific team members, irrelevant members can be removed. Removing members is generally faster than manually adding new ones.
• On Mac, QuickPlan supports saving project members and calendars to files, as well as dragging and dropping between projects. You can create a new empty project and import the required settings from the template.
