Deleting a project involves deleting its corresponding file. QuickPlan saves project plans as ".qpp" files in your specified location. Since QuickPlan runs in a sandboxed environment, it does not have permission to delete project files directly from your Mac.
If you don't know where a project file is saved, reveal it in Finder or search for files with the .qpp extension.
