In an open project view, tap the Project Name on the Toolbar to edit project properties.

Project Name & Notes
  • In an open project view, tap the project name on the toolbar to change the project name and notes.
  • The project name can also be changed in the Home View: Tap the top-right corner of the project tile to maintain the project, including changing its name.
Project Start Date
  • In an open project view, tap the project name on the toolbar to show project properties. Then, tap 'START' to change the Project Start Date (the project 'FINISH' date is automatically calculated).
  • The Project Start Date can also be changed easily using gestures: Pan left or right on the timeline (at the top of the Gantt Chart view).
Daily Working Hours

DWH (Daily Working Hours) defines the number of working hours per day for the current project. DWH impacts:

  • Task Work (Work = Daily Working Hours * Workdays * Assigned Resources).
  • Task Labor Cost: Automatic labor cost is calculated based on task work.
Default Cost per Hour

In an open project view, tap the project name on the toolbar to edit project properties, including the Default Cost per Hour.

  • The Default Cost per Hour for project members.
  • The actual Cost per Hour for a specific project member can be overridden when editing project member properties.
Currency Symbol

In an open project view, tap the project name on the toolbar to edit project properties, including the project Currency Symbol.

  • The default currency symbol is $.
  • There is an option to customize the cost display format (e.g., '100 $' or '$ 100').
